All Sales are final.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, RED from Scalamandré does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
RED from Scalamandré may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in original, unflawed condition, unmarked and uncut by the purchaser.
If your inquiry for Fabric/ Trim/ Wallpaper/Rugs/Pillows is approved:
You may return an item within 30 days of receipt for a credit or refund, excluding shipping and handling fees. For all, a 35% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
In addition, please note the following
- Accessories are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- All Colony fabrics are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- All special sale items including daily deals are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- All Fabric sample orders are not returnable.
- We cannot accept returns/exchanges on approved returns of orders that are less than 10 yards.
- Unless we are in error, we do not refund shipping costs.
- Items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to sender, and no refund will be given.
- All returned items must be in original, unflawed condition, unmarked and uncut by the purchaser.
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1) Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization number to process your return. You may email email@example.com or call 1-877-575-4980.
2) Carefully repackage the merchandise and write our return address on the outside of your package. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
3) Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.
