  2. Will you take an order over the phone?

    Yes, Customer Service can take your order over the phone at 1.800.932.4361 from 9am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Customer Service is not available on weekends and major holidays.
  3. Can I track my sample order?

    Unfortunately, because we ship samples through United States Postal Service, they cannot be tracked.
  4. Where will my order ship from and how long will it take to arrive?

    Most orders ship from Calhoun, GA, USA, within one business day of being received.
  5. If I choose expedited shipping, how long does it take?

    We ship via UPS, so 3 Day Shipping takes 3 Business Days. 2 Day Shipping takes 2 Business Days. Next Day takes 1 Business Day. These estimates are inclusive of the day you place your order as long as the order is received by 2pm EST. Expedited shipping is not available on Cloth & Co. offerings.
    Example: If you place an order on a Monday morning with Next Day Shipping, the order will leave our warehouse on Monday, and arrive to you on Tuesday.
  6. Are samples shipped differently compared to full yards of fabric?

    Samples ship first class via United States Postal Service. Fabric yardage is shipped via UPS.
  7. How many yards of fabric do I need to make drapes?

    Please use our Yardage Calculator to get an estimate.
  8. What is your return policy?

    Your satisfaction is important to us and we realize that there may be circumstances in which you need to return an item. If your return is approved, all returned items must be in original, unflawed condition, unmarked and uncut by the purchaser, and must be received within 30 days of original ship date.
    1. All accessories are not returnable.
    2. All sales items are not returnable.
    3. All fabric sample orders are not returnable.
    4. Unless we are in error, we do not refund shipping costs.
    5. Items returned to us in non-salable condition will be returned to sender, and no refund will be given.
    6. If your order is deemed returnable, you will receive a refund of your order less shipping charges.
    7. To ensure full credit for your returns, please contact Customer Service at before returning merchandise.
  9. When do you charge my credit card?

    RED from Scalamandré charges your card at the time the order is placed. Since our items are in stock, they generally ship out within 1-2 business days your credit card is charged.
